Strategy, Consistency, and Strategy again gets results

We’ve been working with clients on Google Web Stories since it launched. We’ve seen it evolve from an experiment that everyone was skeptical of, to transforming websites.

This has looked like:

  • Creating web stories that have gone viral and blown up websites (seriously, we had a client need to purchase a new storage plan to accommodate new traffic)
  • Getting bloggers monetized with Mediavine with web stories
  • Making web stories the #1 source of referral traffic for dozens of clients

Stay Dynamic

Web stories have evolved a lot, and Google is continuing to experiment with them. What’s good about the experiments we’re seeing is that Google values this tool, and it’s here to stay.

However, for us on the other side, it means we must also keep evolving.

When working with clients, we constantly track current best practices and change what’s no longer working. With Matcha, you can count on a fresh ‘way forward’ in every end-of-month report with insights into what we’ll do next and why.

Keyword Research

Web Stories are dead in the water without SEO!

A rather dramatic statement, but it’s true – if you want tens of thousands of sessions from web stories on Google Discover, you’re not getting there without keyword research and smart writing.

That’s where we come in. With years of experience in search engine optimization for blogs and company websites, we dive into web stories treating each one like a mini blog post. We use a range of tools from Keysearch, Ubersuggest, Google Trends and according to the specific needs of each client, make sure each story is published with intent.

Are Web Stories guaranteed to work on my site?

We’ve seen blogs across niches such as lifestyle, food, e-commerce sites, etc. gain tremendous momentum and traffic from web stories. That said, each blog or website is different. So you may see instant success or only gain momentum from web stories a few months down the line. Patience & consistency are key!

Can I split packages between 2 sites?

Yes and no. It really depends on the web stories package that you’d like to go-ahead with. We wouldn’t recommend splitting packages between 2 sites for anything less than 15 stories a month.

Why do you require a 3-month commitment?

This is really because to see visible results we’d need web stories to be active on your website for a couple of months at the least.

What do you need from me to start

Not much! All we’d need is access to your WordPress (to create the stories using Google’s plug-in) and Google Analytics and Search Console (for tracking performance). Besides this, if you’d like to share a few blog posts that you’d specifically like to create web stories for – we’re more than happy to accommodate that!
